Refunds & Returns

If you are unhappy with your item you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. You will be refunded the full item price, however you are to cover the shipping both ways. Please email hello@ofearthvintage.co.uk to request a return.

If there is an issue with your item please email hello@ofearthvintage.co.uk with images so that we can find a solution for you.

 

Shipping

We ship (almost) worldwide! For international orders we do what we can on our end to reduce any customs fees however please bear in mind you may be charged.

We ship with Royal Mail

Countries we are unfortunately unable to ship to:

  • Greece
  • Saudi Arabia

 

Sustainability

Sustainability is of course a core value for us; everything is packaged in recyclable paper packaging with paper tape so you can just pop our packaging in your recycling bin. Our leaflets are printed on recycled paper and are recyclable again.
